is located near the University Plaza Shopping Center (with ACME, Wendys, and Citizens Bank).  It is easily reached from five major metropolitan centers:
Wilmington (20 minutes); Philadelphia and Baltimore (one hour);
Washington DC (two hours); and New York City (two and one-half hours). 

From Philadelphia / and all points NORTH:
     Take I-95 South to Exit 3 - Route 273 East, toward Dover - take the ramp and merge to the far right lane.  Make a right turn onto Chapman Road, University Plaza will be on the left and the Ramada Inn on your right.  Go up two traffic lights and make a left turn into The Corporate Center at Christiana - signage has Conectiv Energy, as well.  This will be North Wakefield Drive.  Follow the bend in the road until you see tennis courts to your right and make a right turn onto South Wakefield Drive.  Follow South Wakefield Drive - Delmarva Power/Conectiv Conference Center is next to the swimming pool on the left.  Parking is available across from the conference center, as well as behind it.

From Washington DC / and all points SOUTH:
     Merge onto I-95 North toward New York (Portions toll) (Crossing into Delaware)  Merge onto Christiana Road/DE-273 East via Exit 3A toward Dover.  Turn slight right onto Chapman Road.  Go up two traffic lights and make a left turn into The Corporate Center at Christiana - signage has Conectiv Energy, as well.  This will be North Wakefield Drive.  Follow the bend in the road until you see tennis courts to your right and make a right turn onto South Wakefield Drive.  Follow South Wakefield Drive - Delmarva Power/Conectiv Conference Center is next to the swimming pool on the left.  Parking is available across from the conference center, as well as behind it. 

 From New Jersey / and all points EAST:
Follow directions from All Points NORTH 

From Maryland / and all points WEST:
Follow directions from All Points SOUTH
